The premium of land-use planning (PAT), investment subsidy by the State to companies that perform creative job programs in certain priority areas of the country, will be revised. The three decrees necessary for the grooming, blocked pending the response from Brussels to new project map of PAT proposed this summer by Paris designations, are ready to receive the signature of the five ministers concerned. To meet the guidelines imposed by the European Commission on the regional aid for 2007-2013, the Government has chosen to focus the device over a smaller territory.
